Robert Desilets: During the recent cold snap I had a furnace failure. Contacted Access requesting help. They responded promptly. This was the first time I had used them and I was impressed right from the start. The technician drove up in a clean van with the company name prominently displayed. He arrived at the door dressed in a neat company uniform and acted very professional. He promptly determined the trouble and went to his van to get all the necessary repair parts (note- he had them all on his truck). The unit was fixed quickly and professionally. He tested the furnace thoroughly to ensure that it was operating properly. He then cleaned the work area thoroughly. After explaining what he had done, he presented me with a very reasonable bill. I will definitely use Access again in the future. You may wonder why I commented on the neat and clean appearance of the van and the technician. When you next get service and the tech shows up in a grubby vehicle and he is not clean and neat, and he hauls out an unorganized sac of tools, I can guarantee you will not have a good experience.
