Supper's Sunset: While eating dinner, I look out the window and see puffy clouds. I don't think, I react - drop the fork, grab the tripod and drive to Jordan Pond. I'm rewarded with a sweet dessert!

Vernal Stream: I had a hunch there was more to photograph, after visiting this unnamed stream last year. Last weekend I returned to the stream and discovered this cascade of small waterfalls.

Hadlock Brook Falls: Is 40 feet high and the tallest waterfalls in Acadia National Park. While it is still raining and not snowing, I decided to try stacking a polarizing and 10-stop filter on the Zeiss 21mm.

Autumnal Aurora: Crazy-beautiful aurora tonight at Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park displaying autumn colors. The most intense show only lasted 15 minutes, 8:15 - 8:30 PM. I'm very pleased with the night sky images from the Zeiss 21mm f/2.8 lens.

Savage Surf: This little guy is in for a surprise. Everything was in alignment tonight: the light, the tides, the seals, the surf and we were there to capture the moment during our Sunset Cruise Safari.

As soon as I entered Chihuly Garden and Glass exhibit, the notion of camera panning grabbed my attention and wouldn't let go. In my vigorous camera shaking, I never considered taking a static image.
