AGMB Partner Neil Garfinkel led a Continuing Education course by REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) which was held on November 1. The course featured an esteemed panel of co-op and condo closing experts, including Firm Partners Michael Xylas and Steven Hafif, who discussed and explained the many intricacies and pitfalls of the closing process, such as building assessments, due diligence, stock and lease, and even pettiness at the closing table.
