In reality, there are always opportunities for buying or selling a home, no matter what season we’re in. While the later months of the year do see fewer listings and buyers, we always have equilibrium in supply and demand.

3 Energy-Efficient Upgrades to Boost Your Home’s Value

Today I will share three ways you can increase your home’s value by improving its sustainability. The first is by adding energy-efficient appliances. ENERGY STAR-certified appliances such as fridges, washing machines, and clothes dryers can be as much as 40% more water efficient and 25% more energy efficient than standard models.
