Salt and sugar seem to be the key to water absorption. Interesting.
So if we’re drinking enough, yet still feeling dehydrated, how can we ensure our bodies absorb more water? We know that we have to drink enough watch each day (approx 1/2 your weight in...

Learning about Google Pigeon - which affects local search results .
In 2014 we saw a local search algorithm update by Google. The local search algorithm update was nicknamed the “Pigeon” update by Search Engine Land for a lack of better words and in the absence of an official name by Google. Initially rolled out to US English search results, in 2015 Google will ...

Excellent food, good selection, and the gluten free desserts are the best in Sarnia.

Decent fish and chips - not huge but fresh. Nice cost-efficient hotdogs. A cheaper option in town with a nice view of the harbour.

Great smoothies and fresh juice. Lots of variety in the sandwiches as well. Perfect spot for a quick lunch.

Magnificent waterfalls. Lots of tourists, so you lose a bit of the magic, but worth a look. A couple great areas to look over the water and try to find a quiet area.

Beautiful lagoon with lots of icebergs (In August at least). There is a cafe and gift shop on site, as well as boat tours. Go across the road to the beach to watch the icebergs float down the river out to sea and maybe catch a glimpse of a seal or two playing in the mouth of the river.

A fun stop only 10 minutes from the Keflavik Airport. A simple bridge over a small ravine of black sand. No facilities at the location.

Simplistic and hard to find, but a clean place to sleep before or after a flight. Automated check-in was interesting (an envelope with your name on it with keys in it), but worked well at 1:30AM. Room was clean and quiet with just the basics of what you'd need. Would have liked more power plugs.
