So if we’re drinking enough, yet still feeling dehydrated, how can we ensure our bodies absorb more water? We know that we have to drink enough watch each day (approx 1/2 your weight in...

The gym is set up very well, and the staff very helpful. There are lots of runs which are challenging but really fun, and we spent 4 hours there with a group of 4, never having to wait in line for other people to finish a climb.
