Aaron has been my lawyer for my I-502 business for about 2 years now. He is a very dependable person who has gotten us thru the rigorous stages of the licensing process. He has also taken care of all the operating contracts with our investors which can be a very stressful process too. He replies to any and all emails, texts, and phone calls in a very timely manner which makes everything much easier when you have other things that are top priority on your list. I highly recommend Aaron Pelley as a criminal and or business lawyer. It will make your life so much easier!

We are featured in an interview with Reason Magazine: 'You Can Never Drive' http://ow.ly/xQydP
Washington's new standard for drugged driving puts patients in peril.

Great publication! Looking forward to giving this a read, thanks!

Edit: "But Kleiman argues that many of the people who complained about the DUID standard during the I-502 campaign were medical marijuana suppliers who were mainly interested in defending their financial interests."

So when Mark Kleiman thinks it's stupid, he's just sharing his professional opinion; when medical cannabis professionals think it's stupid, they're just being greedy.

Gotcha.

On Friday we obtained a "not guilty" verdict in Pierce County District Court on a Marijuana DUI. Congratulations to my client who left court exonerated of the alleged crime he did not commit. Fellow defense attorney +Jesse Corkern obtained the same result, 2 weeks ago in King County. Both cases were MMJ patients.

Another victory. Lewis County. All evidence was suppressed and the Gov't dismissed on MMJ grow. Again, brave client facing 18 months.

Unfortunately not. Days away from home are tough to justify, lately, though you might think Hempfest would have been a decent excuse.

Hoping to see some videos of your speeches pop up on YouTube!
