I have been here a few times for oil changes, alignments and inspections. They seem pretty honest and knowledgeable. Very quick and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Will definitely keep going back.

I read the "horrible service" review and thought it was probably just one person, things happen...then it happened to me. They seem like nice people and the service to my lawn mower seems fine, but my issue is that I called to get a quote on a tune up for my lawnmower and they charged me an extra $27 over the quoted price upon pick up. The man on the phone said $40 for spark plugs, air filter, blade sharpen and oil change. When i dropped it off I asked: "it's $40 right?" She said yes. I asked if I could do the air filter and spark plug myself and she said it was only a $6-10 difference, so I let them do it. They called after a day or two and say it's ready and the total is $67. WTF? I only wanted a tune up nothing else! I asked her and she said it was $40 for labor PLUS parts. NOT WHAT WAS SAID at drop off. She said she told me, but I was very inquisitive at the drop off and I would have picked up on that especially after reading the previous review. I may go back because it is so close to my house but my next quote will be in writing with strict instructions to call if it is 50 cents more. I was really hoping for a great neighborhood small engine service...oh well.

The WORST dealer service Department ever. I have had a problem with my service every time I have been there! I have 3 VW from Momentum since 2005 and 1 from Archer VW. If Momentum tried they could not not be less accommodating. When you are buying the car they will sell you the free loaner car and blah blah, but they are always shady about it and keep changing their policies. Not to mention 3 / 4 times I have had a loaner vehicle it has literally broken down and has been towed back to the dealership and I received a ticket because it didn't have the proper license plates...they asked me to pay the ticket since I didn't notice it when I signed the car out. The service manager is worthless, they gave him an office and a computer so that he wouldn't have to interact with the customers. I have bought 3 cars here, don't make the same mistake I did. The only shining star there is Ken Reese the service advisor. In 6 years he is the only person that demonstrates any customer service. If you have to go there, request him and take it to another dealer for a second opinion before you let them take advantage of you or tell you they fixed the problem. I am still incredulous that they are that disrespectful to their customers...simply unbelievable.
