There is not a neurologist in Abilene Tx that will accept the new medicaid OBOMA-CARE INSURANCE and the Abilene police department are arresting people when they have a seizure as they are walking in town ,putting them in jail -solitary confinement for months and they wait a week to even have that person taken to a doctor , they take that person off of the medications that the person was taking and say that thier body will adjust. Please help with this medical issue !!!
