This company goes above and beyond to help their customers. I have had several issues that I needed help with and they always called me quickly and have been able to resolve any issue that I may be having. I would definitely recommend this company. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help. Great JOB!!!!!!!!!!!

I love my Medisoft program and more than that, I love Azcomp. My first value-added reseller (when I first got the program) never provided training and was useless at returning phone calls. Now I have Platinum Support and Azcomp not only provides a full panel of instructional videos to help me learn about my program, they return my calls for help within a very short time, with a helpful service technician that has always answered/fixed/clarified my problem and gone beyond, fixing any additional problem they come across. Amazing!

Very professional, very knowledgeable, and he completed everything in a timely manner. I have been with other companies before and nothing compares to their support. Absolutely fantastic.

I spoke with Tony about our situation with an error we were receiving with our software. He understood the problem and helped us resolve the problem swiftly and correctly. I'm on a per incident for errors I incur and its nice to know they can be resolved with such professionalism. Thank you.

AZCOMP has been wonderful in helping me until I can get training from them. The support staff at AZCOMP has been very helpful in my transition to my current position. Having to use Medisoft everyday for multiple different uses has been a challenge, although, Dan and several others have made it very convenient for me. THANK YOU! My doctor has been with Azcomp for years and they have proven to be very helpful. It was a little difficult getting a call back at the beginning of the year thanks to the April 1 deadline for the new 1500 forms, but all is back to normal now. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they always take care of my issues.

I have been using Medisoft with Azcomp as the support for 15 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. Every time I call the support department for whatever the reason, they are always very helpful and friendly in getting the problem resolved. I have also, over the years worked with the IT department and they are exceptional as well. It is a great company to work with. I am glad they are around to help!
