Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! I've had technical issue for months on a brand new iPhone6. Called more than 4 times, spent more than 4 hours, only to be lied to over and over again. No one calls you back, and instead they hope you won't call them even though you're essentially paying over $100 a month for a service that doesn't work. The third time I called, the supervisor said he would comp an ENTIRE months bill (over $200) for my inconvenience. I call over 20 days later to find out the status of my tech issues (because obviously no one called) and about the credit, and the manager I spoke with (Kitty Delker) refused to honor the commitment (she says because the supervisor wasn't authorized to do that) and wouldn't provide me with a manager over her to speak with. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will lie to you over and over again to get you off their back and refuse to honor their employees' commitments or even REVIEW THE RECORDED CALL because "they have thousands of employees." Absolutely disgusting, I am no longer a loyal customer and will be removing the three phones and att uverse account I have with them.
