ν42: Sometimes, life hands you other people's malformed XML, and you have to process it. The XML standard is very much against this for very good reason, so your alternatives are limited, and all rather inefficient and ugly.

+Jeffrey Kegler (JKEGL) has a very nice module for parsing badly-written HTML bundled as part of his #Marpa  distribution. I wonder how hard it would be to generalize it to XML?
