Monica Piccinini: ASOS, the worse online experience ever! Placed an order on December 3rd and have just found out the product I ordered was damaged along the way so here I am waiting for it when ASOS can't ever bother to let me know! I called customer service and had a terrible disappointing phone call! If you can't apologise you have messed up to a customer, then you should not be in business. Let's see how long it will take them to refund me! Terrible!

Emma O Donnell: Good evening,

My order 268874875 was delivered to a business address in my local town. It was signed for but I never received same. I contacted the courier service and they said it had been delivered there. They delivery address on the package was never used. They have raised this as a missing package and advised me to do same with Asos to get a refund or replacement. Can someone tell me what happens now? I've tried mailing Asos twice, Ive sent a Facebook message, I've queued in life chat no reply to any.
