On July 26th I called to complain about a charge of $69.95 on my account. After 30 minutes on the phone and two incompetent sales individuals, I was told my account would be credited with-in 3-5 business days. 8 business days later- still no credit! FIX THIS NOW!

Twice I was charged $64.95 after registering for a race. Twice I called for a refund. When I complained to the customer service rep and let him know there were negative comments online from others, he told me "some people don't want to honor their commitments." He was very snarky. This experience makes me not want to sign up for another race. I'm surprised race organizations continue to use them for registration.

As of now, Im on hold for 15 min to speak with a representative in regards to a sneaky charge of 69.95 x 2!!! I DID NOT authorize this payment as I read the other reviews, I'm growing more and more inpatient due to the lack of response I'm receiving. Mind you, I have already sent an email requesting a refund on this unauthorized charge...surprise,surprise..no response!!! Please whatever you do...DON'T GET INVOLVED with this company..SNEAKY & A SCAM! I signed up for one race and now I'm regretting it!!

Unfortunately, yelp does not seem to provide a negative star rating as that would certainly apply. This company is a total scam and I had to go so far as to get "merchant block" on my american express in order to stop the charges. They even seemed to find a way to uncover my new card number and charged that without notifying me. My wife and I ran in a race in 2013 and in 2016 I am still having to cancel charges and fight with them to refund monies they stole from us. Unbelievably sleazy outfit!!

Wow!! This company SUCKS! I was charged $65 for a membership I did not authorize. My 5 email attempts at contact to address the issue were completely ignored. One link I clicked for online-live chat stated to try back during regular business hours...it was regular business hours. I am now on hold with them and it has been 10 min. I am wondering if there is anyone at all who works for this company. Worst customer service and sneaky membership recruitment.

No exaggeration: this company has to be the worst with customer service. I was charged two times for an unauthorized membership fee. After each attempt to get a hold of ANYONE it took over 30 minutes to reach a representative. It's almost like they try and wait you out to see how long it will take for you to give up and hang up..... After 4 hours total of speaking with a representative and him giving his "word" of a refund that would come within days. It never did. This company will find every and any way to scheme against you to inappropriately charge you for "memberships". They will not serve customers with any amount of decency and do not know how to run a upstanding business. I would never advise anyone to join. They do not care about you at all. They solely want your money and will do anything to get it. I honestly have never had anything like this happen to me and would hate for anyone to have to deal with Active Network like I have.

With all of the options available for service providers, ServiceU doesn't stack up to the competition. There are many more providers out there and at a fraction of the cost. We went with another one and pay a 10th of what we paid for ServiceU and have a much better quality experience. The biggest reason to avoid ServiceU is the complete lack of customer service. I cancelled our service in August with a phone call and was told to call back if we got another charge. I was charged in September so I followed up with an email 9/4 that got no response. I was charged in October and asked for a refund since I cancelled twice already. I was told I HAD to answer some questions about why we were cancelling to BEGIN the cancellation process, and we would be obligated until the end of October since we just began the cancellation process.
