I had telephone units from another VoIP company that was charging me too much, and when I called to reprogram my phones I came across James Lee. James was very patient and listen good to my every question and gave me a confident answer. I thought I got on his nerve a couple of times, but he was just listening. After a long 2 hours call, my system was running and I couldn't be happier. Saved me from buying new phones too.
