Two appetizers, Garlic Bread and Squash, were tasty. We ordered three pizzas: Funghi, Quattro Formaggi, and the spicy 800° were delicious. They were a little doughy, which I like. Crust was very yummy. Toppings were fresh. Great draft beer selection! Service was excellent. Nice decor. Will definitely be back.

After having had multiple positive experiences at the north location and a handful at the Illinois branch, the past two visits to Three Fires have been plagued with disappointment. My issue is predominantly with the pizza and its crust, but the level of service has also proved to be inadequate. Most recently, both pizzas (the Funghi and signature 800 Degrees) emerged from the oven wilted and floppy. For a neo-Neopolitan interpretation, these pies were well off the mark. One would expect a cleaner, more simply topped crust than the grease reservoir and topping laden mess that came to our table. The cornicione (the naked, outer rim of the crust) ought to have large caverns of air permeating a delicate chew. The covered portion of the crust should also display a certain resiliency against gravity. Perhaps the gluten was under-developed or the yeast activity too low in combination with the smattering of cheese that undermined what has previously been the best neo-Neopolitan pizza in the area. Either way, after having incurred the same defect back-to-back, I think I'll just stick to making my own pizzas at home and perhaps you ought to as well. It's quite a lot of fun.

We were there late and while we were still eating the staff began to sweep and mop the floors. Could not finish our meal. Talked to the manager and he said he did not intend to ruin our meal. Just wanted to help the bartender clean up.She did not pay for our meal. Won't return. First and last time.
