Opponent: vs Buccaneers
Time (PST): Sunday 1:25 PM PST

Injury Report:
Frank Gore, Joe Staley, Mike Iupati, Dan Skuta, Craig Dahl, Justin Smith, Tarell Brown, Michael Crabtree, Vance McDonald, Mario Manningham, Ray McDonald, Adam Snyder, Aldon Smith

Recap:
In an epic battle, the 49ers toughened up and fought for a victory over the Seahawks.  It took everything the 49ers had to beat Seattle - but the 49ers walked away with victory thanks to Frank Gore’s longest run of the season.  Special Teams highlighted the day with Dawson’s great kicking, some amazing coverage, and a blocked punt.  Kaepernick played good enough, the defense played lights out, and there began the makings of a statement.  This team may come together just in time.

Game Plan:
OFFENSE:  This continues to be quite simple.  Own the line of scrimmage. Get the passing game going.  It should be a unique challenge facing the Bucs who have a pretty good secondary.  I would love to see the Niners test their depth by going to 3 and 4 WRs with some regularity.

DEFENSE:  I suspect the 49ers will play their traditional game.  The Bucs offense is not something to be truly scared of, so the team just needs to play its game and not sit back and wait for the Bucs to take it to the.  On both sides of the ball really, the Niners need to make sure their heads are in the game after a very big game last week.

Key Matchup:
Dashon Goldson will be seeking revenge as he roams the defensive backfield.  Kaepernick needs to be accurate with the ball - something he hasn’t done all that well this season, and the receivers need to protect themselves - especially when going over the middle.  That collision between Vernon Davis and Dashon Goldson we have all been waiting to see? Well, you can bet the two will bang into each other in a big way at some point this week.

49ers vs The Officials:
“It does. That you could benefit from a foul, I don’t think anybody wants that. So, the solution possibly is you treat it like the ball was kicked. Kicking and batting would be the same. It would be a loss of down. But, that’s for the Competition Committee to decide.”  -- Harbaugh on the batting of a ball penalty after a blocked punt

Harbaugh-isms:
"I suppose Abraham Lincoln riding across the field with a frock (coat) and a top hat, riding a horse, waving an American flag -- I doubt that would fire them up if this game doesn't fire them up.” -- Habaugh on how big the 49ers vs Seahawks Rivalry is

Harbaugh vs the Media:
Q: “So, when do you leave for Austin, Texas?”
A:  “Are you trying to be funny?”
Q: “Trying.”

Quote of the Week:
“He doesn’t need to prepare for press conferences and come up with a routine like Jay Leno. It’s not his job to come out for 15 minutes and do a monologue. He’s got a lot of things to study for his job. That’s what he needs to do – his job.” -- Harbuagh on the way Kaepernick handles the media

Taking out the trash:
“If we make eye contact, I’ll acknowledge him out of respect,” -- Anthony Davis on his for coach who he faces this week.
