+San Francisco 49ers fans everywhere may be catching on to two of Trent Baalke's favorite offseason tactics this year.  We at 49ersParadise.com want to hear what you have to say about them.

1) The #49ers  have made a concerted effort over the past few years to add former high draft picks who have underperformed since their rookie season.  In this way, they can extend that year's draft to pick up more first round picks for a much lesser price (by trade this sometimes accounts to a 6th  or 7th rounder, and in some cases the players are free agents).  Do the 49ers believe they are better at developing talent than other organizations or are they just as enamoured by the measurables that had these players ranked so high coming into the draft?

2) The contract structure being offered this year tends to have more voidable years than we have seen in the past.  This trend helps to play with the salary cap ... is the team mortgaging its future?
