expensive, slow, I mean slow. My group was the only ones in the restaurant and it took over 30 minutes to get appetizers. outrageously expensive, we all ordered medium rare and every single burger came out over cooked, normally if I'm paying that much I would send it back but we were all really hungry and had already waited forever. salty overcooked overpriced waste of money. do yourself a favor and skip this shit. 5 burgers and two orders of chicken fingers, after tip it was just under $200. my balls hurt today

The decor looks nice, we went on a busy Sunday and the place was packed. We had to wait a long time to even take a look at the menu. After 20 minutes of looking at the menu, we were told that the wait for burgers is 40 mins. Instantly we left the place. On the way out I was told by some kids that their burgers are delicious. Maybe, its yours to try. I didn't get that chance.

Poor service - slow in every way - slow moving... Slow on the uptake - ie "do you have a pilsner?" "No, we only have Scrimshaw, etc."(Scrimshaw is a pilsner.) Asked manager for sweetener and had to go get it myself, small burgers, which are very overpriced, no garlic anywhere to be found on the garlic fries, burger not medium rare despite being ordered that way. Diet Coke had no syrup in it. Water tasted like they ladled it out of the ocean. Just awful.

I AM 39 YEARS OLD, LOVE DINING OUT, AND THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW OF ANY KIND. This place is the end of the quintessential dining experience. This "restaurant" has determined that service is no longer a requirement in the restaurant business. 400 has been so kind as to provide us with a screen to place our orders so that we can be fed and removed from the premisis just as if we were placing an order at Amazon or EBay. I know it's crazy, but have you ever entertained the idea that you would have the option to explain how you would like your meal (burger) prepared? The screen only prompts you with options of how they are willing to prepare your meal. At least at Burger King, you can have your burger your way! My son and daughter ordered 2 burgers and you know what, they received just that. They received two pieces of bread and a meat patty. One bright note, the kids meal did include fries. Unfortunately for us adults, fries cost extra. But don't worry, the fries start at $3 per order. The fries were cold, dry, and flavorless. I would guess that I had possibly 20 fries in my order, so it was olny $.15 per fry! There I go talking about the price of the meal! The total order was 2 kids meals with hamburgers, 1 veggie burger with fries, 1 Kobe burger with fries, 1 white wine, and 1 beer. Are you ready? With tip (again, why am I paying a tip for a computer?) Total $78!!! I am not cheap. I enjoy taking my family or just my wife out to dinner. I do not mind paying for the experience. I enjoy over-tipping (if the service was worth it). This type of dining experience needs to end before it becomes the standard. Keep this type of establishment out of the Monterey Peninsula!

Visited on 3/28/15. Service was excellent and food (dine-in) was also good. Take out food was horrendous as the chicken burger was "cremated". Cook either did not give two s#!ts or was blind. Best to check one's food before leaving.

Cold food, nothing was brought out together, and the size of the hair cooked into my burger was worth more than a $2 comp on a $20 burger

Food was delicious but watch your bill.... I tipped generously but when I received my credit card statement they had added yet another $5 to the charge. I am working with them to reverse the overcharge but am sure this is not the first time they have done this - nor will it be the last - so beware!!
