A good example of using all available tools, old and modern to get the desired results. Here quick maquettes and profiles, translate into CAD and then once 3d printed the item then goes back to the designer to jewel encrust for spectacular results and maximum impact for this fashion shoot.

Another festive contribution, this time from the year 6 students at Chyngton primary. Great to support the journey for schools adopting 3d printing technology like Chyngton last year and now one year later they are utilising it to support curriculum learning and on this xmas activity providing creative designs with more experience using the digital tools.

Creative processes supported with digital processing. From original clay maquette 3d scanned, scaled down and 3d printed to latest evolution of the Emmaline Pankhurst design. Sculptor Hazel Reeves won over public voters, the selection committee and will go onto create a full size statue in Manchester set to be unveiled on International Women’s Day, 8 March 2019. More about our early supporting role in the project can be found in a previous blog: https://lnkd.in/dDcS2Mg

Latest blog detailing processes we used on a project for fashion designer Emma Charles. It began with 3d scanning a complex glass ornament and then editing the mesh and applying colour to produce earrings to accessorize her new collection.
