Hello Sharon - Thank you for providing your feedback, we appreciate customer feedback both good and bad as we can use it to improve. We apologize that you were unhappy with your experience. As we stated on the phone, the order you were able to place was for an iron set without any irons selected with the set. For some reason the price defaulted to the price for one iron even though you did not have any selected. Ultimately there was nothing for us to fulfill because the order was for a set without any clubs. We refunded you in full in a timely manner and explained the situation. We do state the following in our terms, "2nd Swing does not warrant that: The contents of this site (including pricing and other product information) will be accurate, reliable or error-free, or that any errors in such contents will be corrected; or mistakes in pricing or other product details will be honored" That information can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.
Ultimately, we want you to have a good experience and as we stated on the phone due to the fact you encountered an error on our site we were willing to offer you a discount and that offer still stands.
